I built my career on understanding people and markets. I started in New York City's Garment Center, working in international sales and franchise development for the fashion industry. That work taught me how to read a market, present a product well, and listen closely to what clients really want.
I moved into real estate in 2001. My early work focused on resort properties, second homes, and international real estate markets. My career took me from Southern Spain to the Dominican Republic, and in 2019, to Puerto Rico — the place I now call home.
Today, I work as a Puerto Rico real estate agent focused on residential sales. I help clients buy and sell primary residences, second homes, and investment properties across the island. Every property is different, and every seller has different goals. I take a custom approach to each listing, studying the property, its ideal buyer, and the best way to position it in the Puerto Rico real estate market.
I work with a dedicated support team, including a transaction coordinator. This lets me stay closely involved with clients while keeping every deal on track from listing through closing. My goal is simple: give sellers clear guidance, strong positioning, and a smooth, well-managed selling experience.
