Based on the island's west coast and working with Nest Seekers International Puerto Rico, Hector advises on luxury residential, commercial, and income-producing property, with a specialty most agents cannot offer: he actually operates short-term rentals. As founder of Luxe Puerto Rico and West Coast BNB PR, he manages a portfolio of vacation rental properties across Rincón, Aguada, Añasco, and Cabo Rojo. When a client asks what a property will realistically earn on Airbnb, the answer comes from live booking data, not a spreadsheet guess.
That operating background shapes how he advises. Positioning, revenue potential, guest experience, renovation ROI: Hector evaluates a property the way an owner would, then negotiates it the way a professional should. He holds an MBA in Strategic Management and Planning, graduating magna cum laude, and completed MIT's Negotiation and Influence program.
He works fluently in English and Spanish, serving relocating mainland buyers, Act 60 clients, first-time island investors, and local sellers who want their property positioned properly rather than simply listed.
